How Unhealthy is Almond Milk in Japan?

Do you know how Unhealthy is Almond Milk in Japan? Recently Almond milk is getting popular in Japan. You can find some advertisements of almond milk in metro and magazines. At first, I was very glad to find almond milk near soy milk in the supermarket. This is an excellent alternative to cow’s milk! I hope you have already read my article about cows milk (if not, please read here).

Not just Japanese almond milk manufactures, but also foreign brands can be found on online shopping sites, such as Amazon or Rakuten. Is Almond Milk Healthy? Yellow Zucchini Spaghetti

raw zucchini pasta

Zucchini noodles (also known as “zoodles“) are the perfect gluten-free, zucchini pasta.

The Spiralizer is far and away my favorite tool. It creates curls of your favorite vegetables, literally in seconds. It’s the fastest tool of the bunch and requires the least amount of strength or effort (with suction cup feet to keep it in place). You simply cut off the ends of a zucchini, place it next to the blade and spin. In less than 8 seconds you’ll have spiral sliced the entire zucchini.

For cashew sauce:

1 cup soaked 2 hours cashew nuts
1 cup water
1 tbs nutritional yeast for cheese flavor
pinch of Himalayan pink salt
1/2 lemon juice
blue spirulina for color
1 date

Blend all ingredients well, taste and add more water if needed.

Bon appétit! 👌😉

White Pink Cookies

I have couple reasons why I cooked these raw coconut-strawberries White pink Cookies. First one its because next month is March and its month of White Day. In Japan Valentine’s Day is celebrated in a very unique style. It is the women who present gifts to men. What is more unique in Japan is that there exists a “White Day” which takes place on March 14th, exactly one month after Valentine’s Day. On White Day men are supposed to give return gifts to women who gifted them chocolates on Valentine’s Day. More often the color of the chocolate is white because of the name of the day.
