Do you like Acai bowl? Its cold, sweet and nice dish to start your day. I love it so much, especially in the summer time, but acai puree is not cheap, right? 😉 It doesn’t be only acai! You can make your own original fruits bowl every day! This is one of my favourite bowls – STRAWBERRY & BANANA smoothie bowl basically tastes like ice cream! A smoothie bowl is a thicker, heartier version of a smoothie, made with more fruit and less liquid. This version is made with strawberries and banana and topped with a dry coconut, fresh kiwi, strawberries goji berries and bananas. It’s ice cream-like consistency is perfect for eating by the spoonful, garnished with your choice of toppings, kind of like healthy sprinkles!
- 2-3 frozen bananas
- 1 cup frozen or fresh strawberries
- 1 teaspoon maca powder (optional)
- your favourite toppings (fruits, seeds, dry fruits, nuts, flowers, superfood)
- Place frozen fruit, strawberries and maca powder in a food processor or high powered blender. Blend well.
- Garnish with fruits, seeds, flowers, nuts or superfood.

Tips: Try dont mix fat with sweet fruits! Combination os avocado, nuts and fruits like fresh strawberries, peach etc – is not healthy! Keep your smoothie as simple as you can 😉
