What kind water do you drink? Our bodies are 70-90% water, so it is critical to pay attention to the quality water we put in! I live in Tokyo, where tap water is not fluoridate (thanks a lot!) and pass through very high-tech filters. Therefore, tap water in Tokyo is enough clean for drinking. I do not think it’s clean; it still contains chlorine, etc. Therefore, I buy  Japanese bottle water every month to feel safe. Some people I know here buying very nice famous water from Hawaii, but I believe the water must have a minimum of minerals. You can find many studies about this. Many scientists  agree that sodium and minerals from mineral water make only problems for our health and generate stones.  Japanese water is almost clean, very poor in minerals and I am glad about this 😉

I`ve read a japanese Dr.Masaru Emoto`s book “The Hidden Messages of Water” about his experiments with water. Symbols and words have a remarkable effect on water crystals. Water is receiving positive intentions. And Spring water tends to turn out well-ordered, hexagonal crystals which are an ideal formation for our bodies. It becomes very harmonized with how our bodies should take water. Also it’s very important what kind PH level water have, but this is a different and very long subject 😉

Maybe you watched my video where I am with friends visited the “Rainbow” raw food restaurant in Tokyo. I found there many blue glass bottles and was wondering why they use them. I made my own internet searching and found so interesting information. 🙂  Its the Blue Solar Water! For sure Blue Glass is beautiful. But it also serves a higher purpose. Its easy: Place water to blue glass bottles in sunlight for about an hour or more.  You may use any color of blue glass bottle from the deep  blue to a light blue. The longer you leave the water outside in the sunlight, the sweeter it gets. You may leave the water outside all day or put the water out at night or before dawn to catch the first morning sun rays, which seems to raise the energy vibration of the Blue Solar Water. The bottle does not need to be in direct sunlight, but does need to be where sunlight gets to it. You can make blue solar water on a cloudy day. You can make blue solar water on a shaded patio. You cannot make solar water through a glass window. A glass window pre-filters the sunlight before it hits the blue glass, hindering the process.  Do not use a metal cap. Drink Blue Solar Water for hydration and refreshment, to help remove negative Karma, to help remove toxins and for healing.
